In a shaking in, combine:
- 2 oz Bar Hill Gin
- 1oz Lemon juice
- .5oz Gooseberry cordial
- .25 oz ginger honey syrup
Shake to chill and combine
Strain into a large, chilled coupe
Garnish: Coat the goose berries in gold glitter, skewer and rest on the rim of the glass
