House made Bloody Mary, Prairie Vodka
Build in a Spice-salted glass:
2 oz. Vodka
5.5 oz Bloody Mary Mix
.25 oz Lemon
Fill with ice, stir briefly to incorporate ingredients
Garnish with 2 Skewered Piparra peppers & Olive
Virgin Mary
1oz Club Soda (to cut through the mix)
.25oz fresh lemon juice
Top off with bloody mary mix (approx. 6oz)
Fill with ice, stir briefly to incorporate ingredients
Garnish: with 2 Skewered Piparra peppers & Olive
Gilda Mary Mix
¾ tsp. Salt
¾ tsp. Black pepper corn
¼ tsp. Smoked pimenton
2 dried Guindilla peppers
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 oz. Pipparra juice
1 oz. Worcestershire sauce
1 oz. Lemon
1 oz. Lime
26 oz. Tomato juice
Muddle black peppercorn and dried guindilla pepper until coarsely
ground.
Add remaining ingredients and shake to combine.
Keeps for up to one week.
