RECIPE FOR COCKTAIL

In a shaking tin, comine:

  • 2oz Xoriguer Gin de Mahon
  • .5 oz Orange Cinnamon Syrup
  • .5 oz Cointreau
  • .75 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 dashes Peychauds Bitters

Shake to chill and combine. Strain into a globe glass

Fill 2/3 with ice

  • Top with 1.5 oz Gun Tonic

Garnish: Charred Orange, Rosemary Sprig

RECIPE FOR BATCH

Orange and Cinnamon Syrup

In a pot, combine:

- 12 grames light brown sugar
- 16 oz water
- 2 oranges peeled
- 6 cinnamon stickets

Steep for 5 minutes.  Do not boil. Strain, label and date.
