Build in the glass

  • 2oz BCN Gin
  • .75 oz Raspberry Infused Nixta
  • .25 oz Lemon Juice
  • .25 oz Sage Infused White Wine
  • 1.25 oz Fevertre Mediterranean Tonic water

Fill 2/3 with ice

Garnish: Lime Wheel and Sage Leaf

RECIPE FOR BATCH

Raspberry Infused Nixta

  • 16 oz Nixta Licor de Elote
  • 1/2 pint of raspberries

Combine in a quart container and mash the raspberries. Let sit for 1 hour. Strain, quart, and label.

Sage Infused White Wine

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 6 Sage leaves

Simmer for 20 minutes. Strain, quart, and label
