In a Copa/globe wine glass, combine the following:
- Fill glass 2/3 with ice
- 2 oz Earl Grey Infused Mahón Gin
- .25 oz Grapefruit Juice
- .25 oz Simple Syrup
- 4 oz Fever Tree Tonic
Stir briefly to incorporate, then add:
Garnish: Apple Slice and Cinnamon Stick
Earl Grey Infused Gin
Let infuse for 24 hours, then remove tea bags.
