In a Copa/Globe Wine glass, combine the following:
- Fill glass 2/3 with ice
- 2 oz Butterfly Pea Flower Infused Ford's Gin
- 4 oz Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic
Stir briefly to incorporate, then add:
Garnish: grapefruit wedge
Butterfly Pea Flower Infused Ford's Gin:
- 1 cup Butterfly Pea Flowers
- 1L bottle of Ford's Gin
Infuse for 1 hour and then strain
