RECIPE FOR COCKTAIL

In a Copa/globe wine glass, combine the following:

- Fill glass 2/3 with ice
- 2 oz Butterfly Pea Flower Infused Ford's Gin
- 4 oz Gun Tonic

Stir briefly to incorporate
Garnish: Lemon wheel and 2 lavender stalks

Butterfly Pea Flower Infused Gin

  • 1 L Ford's Gin
  • 1/2 cup dried butterfly pea flowers

Infuse for 5 minutes, then strain
