In a Copa/globe wine glass, combine the following:
- 2 oz BCN Gin
- 1.5 oz Lavender Hibiscus Tea
- .5 oz Lemon Juice
- .5 oz Honey
Fill glass 2/3 with ice and top with Gun tonic
Stir briefly to incorporate
Garnish: a lemon wheel
Lavender Hibiscus Tea
Steep for 5 minutes than strain
Yield: 1 quart
