Build in a globe wine glass

  • 2 oz Ford's Gin
  • 1.25 oz Pecan Maple Syrup
  • .5 oz Atxa White Vermouth
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • Gun Tonic

Fill 2/3 full with ice
Garnish: Dehydrated orange with sugared angostura

  • 2.5 oz Gin Batch
  • 1.25 oz Pecan Maple Syrup
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • Gun Tonic

Fill 2/3 full with ice

RECIPE FOR BATCH

PECAN MAPLE SYRUP

In a saucepan, combine:

  • 2 cups Pecans
  • 2 cups Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup Water

Cook for 10 minutes over medium-low heat. Strain, Quart, and Label.

LIQUOR BATCH

Combine

  • 24 oz Ford's Gin
  • 8 oz Atxa White Vermouth
