Cinnamon Apple Infused BCN Gin, Tonic
In a Copa/Globe Wine glass, combine the following:
- Fill glass 2/3 with ice
- 2 oz Cinnamon Apple Infused BCN Gin
- .25 oz Cinnamon Syrup
- .25 oz spiced Demerara Syrup
- 1.5 oz soda water
- 1.5 oz gun tonic
Stir briefly to incorporate
Garnish: Apple Slice and Cinnamon Stick

Infuse for 24 hours, strain, label and date
