RECIPE FOR COCKTAIL

In a Copa/Globe Wine glass, combine the following:

- Fill glass 2/3 with ice
- 1.75 oz Mahon Gin
- .75 oz Apple Cider Chai Syrup
- 2 oz Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic

Stir briefly to incorporate
Garnish: Apple slice and cinnamon stick

RECIPE FOR BATCH

Apple Cider Chair Syrup

  • .5 cup Demerara Syrup
  • .5 cup Apple Cider Juice
  • 1 chai tea bag

Combine in a small pot over high heat and bring to a boil
Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes
Let cool, pour into a quart container and store refrigerated.
