A feminine Bordeaux blend, Quest is produced with handpicked grapes exclusively from the Castell d’Encus estate. The whole fermentation process takes place in 12th century vats carved in stone and aged for 18 months in 60% new French oak barrels. Quest is elegant yet intense with good acidity and a long finish.
