The Muga Reserva is everyman’s Rioja, but its broad appeal does not mean it’s a simple wine. The Muga is complex and refined with a beautiful tart finish that is 100% Rioja. Not as light as Alberdi, Ardanza, and Bosconia, it’s more pronounced fruit makes Muga more appealing to New World palates without losing old school Rioja street cred.
