TASTING NOTES: Very pleasant, satisfying & balanced, given the moderate acidity, persistence & length on the palate. Fresh tropical fruit flavours such as cranberry & red currants, dry, light & very easy to drink.
ABOUT: Produced from our 45 year old Tempranillo vines, hand harvested grapes are picked into 20 Kilo crates & transported to the winery. These are then added to the very healthy high quality Viura grapes from over 50 year old vines (also hand harvested into small crates) & everything goes to the press where a small amount of colour is obtained from the Tempranillo grapes. This is then treated like a white wine for all further vinification, to maintain the freshness & florality of the wine.
