QUICK TALK
NOTES

José left a career in Barcelona and returned back to his home town of Valtuille de Abajo to recover the family’s vineyards in what is emerging as one of the premier sites in Bierzo for world class wine. His wines are thoughtful and texturally rich, showing the elegance and quiet power of the region.

Unculín Blanco relies on the widely planted Doña Blanca grape along with more well known and loved Godello. This is simultaneously fresh and vibrant with a round and satisfying palate.
