Ermita de San Felices Blanco

After 33 years in the industry, Santiago Ijalba García decided to establish his own winery. Together with his son Roberto, they ensure farming is all organic on their land and seek out likeminded farmers when purchasing fruit.

The Ermita blanco is a classic, young Viura fermented and stored in stainless steel to preserve its fresh fruit. The wine is vibrant with a wonderful thread of salinity.
