Floral, citrus and fresh stone fruits.
Medium bodied and dry. Complex and acidic with lively stone fruits and subtle mineral notes.
Hand harvested in small boxes from only estate grapes. A percentage of the collection comes from grapes with noble rot. Noble rot is a type of fungus that shrivels and decays grapes, but also intensifies the sweetness level and adds flavor complexity. Ekam in sanscrit means “energetic and divine unit”. This wine is a delicious blend of Riesling and Albariño that is racy and energetic with a very elegant and stony finish.
