QUICK TALK
NOTES

Javier Domínguez has reclaimed these steep hillside vineyards, aiming to recreate its former glory. There is no stainless steel in the winery; wood or cement is used for every part of the winemaking. Only old oak is used, never new oak influencing the wine too much. The idea is to return to the past to rediscover what was once here, so the estate follows many of the ideas of biodynamic viticulture to obtain the purest expression of this terruño.Perfumed wild red fruits burst on the nose, velvet tannins with crunchy, juicy freshness on the palate. A pure expression of Mencia and the slate and granite soils, graceful and elegant.
