Castellroig is one of a handful of all Cava houses that is all estate owned and produced. With complete dedication to producing wines reflective of the soil, the concept of ‘Vins de Terrer’ was born to help share this concept.

This wine comes from one single terroir, Terroja, that is best suited for the Xarel-lo varietal. Soil is composed of cemented carbonate. The single vineyard vines are older, producing a more concentrated wine.

Very little is done in the winemaking process in order to present the purity of fruit. Fresh and floral aromas of pineapple peach, grapefruit and wet stones. It is incredibly fleshy, powerful and full of depth in the mouth.
