Amós Bañeres is a winemaker dedicated to telling a story and showcasing something unique in every wine he makes. This project, under his own name, is focused on just two vineyards and two wines. Part of coaxing the unique nature of each parcel involves little intervention, both in the vineyard and the winery. Farming is organic or biodynamic as needed, never tied to one. Winemaking is as natural as possible with zero additives. This can be a serious challenge to stabilize a wine, but careful, close attention to detail pays off with a stunning wine that displays its own, true character. These wines fascinate and speak with their own voice.
