- 4 Shishito Peppers
- 2 cups Sugar (16oz)
- 2 cups Hot Water (16oz)

preparation

- Cut Shishito Peppers in half
- Combine all ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved. Let steep for overnight
- Strain, label, and refrigerate
