LARGE BATCH - Makes 68 Margaritas (8 x 30 oz batches of Marg with 8 oz of tequila leftover)
HUGE BATCH - Makes 152 Margaritas (19 x 30oz batches of Marg)
- Slice raw shishito peppers in half lengthwise
- Combine with tequila in a Cambro
- Label and date the bottle, store away in the liquor room.
- Infuse for 24 hours and then STRAIN off the peppers. *Allowing to sit too long may negatively affect the flavor of the tequila, making it rancid or possibly too spicy.
- Portion into quart containers, label and date
