5 cups white sugar
4 cups water
1.5 Boqueria spoons dried Guindilla pepper (smaller size-crushed)
2 pinch saffron threads
Bring water and sugar to a boil
Add crushed Guindilla peppers
Remove from heat - let sit for exactly 5 minutes. Set a timer!!
Strain off Guinidlla peppers
Add two pinches of saffron
Cover and let sit for 1.5 hours
Strain with cheesecloth, batch in quart containers
Label and date
