2 Cups Demerara Sugar (Sugar-in-the-Raw brand)

2 Cups Boiling/Hot Water

preparation

In a quart container, add demerara sugar. Fill with hot water from the espresso machine. Stir thoroughly and then top off with hot water to fill the quart container.

Let cool, then label & date and store refrigerated.
