1 Pint hulled Strawberries
Equal parts simple syrup to strawberries by weight
4 oz Tito's Vodka
4 oz Pampelmousse Liqueur
4 oz St. Germain
Hull the strawberries and weigh them.
Add the same amount of simple syrup to the strawberries and blend on medium speed
Strain out the solids
Add vodka, pampelmousse and St. Germain and stir to combine
Label and store in squeeze bottles
Refrigerate and keep up to 1 week
