144 oz water
48 oz Simple Syrup (1:1)
Fill a large pot with water. Place a water circulator in the pot and set it to 212 F
When it reaches 212, add the tea bags and cover. Let steep for 5 minutes
Remove the tea bags, pressing the bags to remove excess liquid and avoid waste
Add simple syrup and stir to combine
Label and store refrigerated for up to 3 days
